The JT plastic recycling machine is a heavy-duty unit designed for 24/7 operation in demanding recycling environments. Its reinforced steel frame and machined components provide the strength and reliability needed for high-volume plastic scrap recycling.
At the core of the system is a 90kw main drive motor coupled to our proprietary dual-stage extrusion and cutting assembly. Everything is controlled by an industrial PLC system with user-friendly touchscreen interface. The smart automation monitors key parameters and regulates rates to maintain peak pellet quality and output of 450-500kg per hour.
